Gates Corporation is seeking a highly skilled SAP Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our SAP team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering new SAP solutions, improving application performance, and leading projects delivery and operational support.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver new SAP solutions, including B2B and B2C integration with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP C4C, and SAP Analytical Cloud.
- Improve application performance by leveraging SAP code pushdown approach and using SAP standard CDS view and AMDP procedures.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, functional teams, and system integrators to architect efficient and scalable SAP solutions.
- Provide leadership in all aspects of SAP systems solutions, including decision making for optimized service organization.
- Lead projects delivery and operational support, managing team workload, project prioritization, and performance.
- 8+ years of experience working in SAP implementation and support projects in similar roles within a comparably sized or larger multi-national company.
- 3+ years of experience in managing SAP technical teams or significant ERP teams for an established IT organization.
- Ability to be hands-on for all technical aspects and configuration of SAP technologies, troubleshooting, and managing teams and support for data integrations.
- Experienced in leveraging outsourced partners supporting technical implementation, support, maintenance, and system administration efforts.
- Relevant certifications to include: SAP S/4 HANA certifications, Cloud Certification.
- Working knowledge of IT Governance & Service Management framework (ITIL).
