Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of electromechanical products, including the creation of detailed design specifications and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and marketing, to ensure that products meet customer needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in electromechanical design, including knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with product development.
- Develop and implement design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles to improve product quality and reduce costs.
- Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify potential product failures and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, technical notes, and product manuals.
- 5+ years of experience in electromechanical design and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Proficient in CAD software, including Creo and Pro E.
- Project management experience and leadership skills.
- Experience working in an industrial environment and understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
