Overview
We are looking for a seasoned human resources professional to lead our HR team at Fine Talent Human Capital Consulting. As an Executive Human Resources Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary package. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, meal allowance, company vehicle parking, employee discount, and other perks.
Responsibilities
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all regulations applicable.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
- Ensure the organization's compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with the human capital management system (HCMs).
- Able to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles.
- 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations.
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Master's degree in a related field preferred.
