Strategic Human Resources Manager

Fine Talent Human Capital Consulting is seeking an experienced Strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's human capital strategy and ensuring the implementation of effective HR practices.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated at $90,000 per month, with additional benefits including parking, health insurance, life insurance, on-site meals, company-provided phone, and grocery vouchers. A productivity bonus is also offered.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and strategic HR professional who can effectively manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. You will also be responsible for ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all relevant regulations. Additionally, you will develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Other key responsibilities include creating a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys, investigating employee issues and conflicts, and ensuring the organization's compliance with all applicable regulations. You will also use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team, maintain company organization charts and employee directories, and partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need effective verbal and written communication skills, experience with human capital management systems (HCMs), and the ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork. You should also have experience analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning.
Education-wise, a Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles. Experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations, as well as a supervisory role, is also preferred. A Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
