Housekeeping Assistant

**Job Summary**

This is a full-time position responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas, replenishing amenities and supplies, and maintaining the overall appearance of the hotel.

**Responsibilities**

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, replacing linens, and restocking amenities
- Replenish supplies and amenities in guest rooms
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, such as hallways and lounges
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and colleagues

**Requirements**

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull carts up to 200 pounds
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move throughout the hotel
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
