Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Operations Specialist to join our team at FORVIA HELLA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the correct application and execution of projects
  • Ensure full transparency within assigned projects and proactively report to management levels
  • Follow up on targets with project managers in terms of quality, costs, and timing
  • Provide timely project decisions and identify critical paths to establish prioritized actions
  • Define, plan, coordinate, and monitor project maturity and internal tasks/work packages within the production team
  • Identify claims potential resulting from engineering changes and maintain a valid status on engineering changes
  • Understand and know product specifications and manufacturing processes to make profound decisions
  • Prepare Run @Rate, obtain assessment, and all needed documentation for process approval
  • Ensure the creation of P-FMEA, assessment of risks, and introduction of sustainable improvements

Requirements

  • More than 5 up to 6 years of experience with similar roles in the automotive industry
  • Strong project management skills and cross-functional leadership
  • Advanced English
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to report effectively to managerial and executive levels
