We're seeking a full-time hybrid Total Rewards Manager in CDMX, MX to join our team.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

Contribute to salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Develop and implement salary bands and salary budgets.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices in total rewards management.
- Provide counsel and guidance to HR teams on total reward-related questions and issues.
- Support the HR team in developing ad hoc total reward analyses.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Total Employee Costs Analytics.
- Administer total reward programs, including market pricing, maintenance of compensation-related structures, salary bands, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with the learning team to prepare effective training materials on total reward principles for HR teams, hierarchical managers, and employees.
- Communicate effectively on various total reward programs to stakeholders.
- Participate in initiatives and projects to improve total reward management and administer compensation and benefits tools and databases to ensure high-quality data.

**Your Profile**

We value passion and attitude over experience. While a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, statistics, or a related area or equivalent work experience is essential, we're open to candidates with diverse backgrounds. Relevant certifications, such as Compensation & Benefit Management, and 3 to 5 years of experience in HR practices are highly valued. Additionally, exposure to international environments, knowledge of benefit programs, laws, and regulations, and financial implications of rewards programs are important aspects of this role.
