Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Export Associate to join our team at Marken, a leading provider of clinical supply chain solutions. As an Export Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant processing of shipments to final destinations worldwide.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and revise all documentation provided by clients and other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Confirm shipment readiness and obtain MAWB consignment instructions.
- Optimize routing and dispatch shipments to final destinations.
- Condition shipments as required and update Maestro milestones.
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for drop-off and airline bookings.
- Monitor and update Maestro with departures from designated airports.
Requirements:
- High school completion or equivalent.
- Experience with imports recovery, domestic transfers, and air freight/freight forwarding.
- Strong communication and liaison skills with customs brokers.
- Ability to scan, package, and label shipments for domestic or international shipping.
- Proficiency in Maestro and ability to enter operational details and costs estimates.
