Job Description

NTT DATA Services is seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX). As a key member of our integration team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and develop integration design documents.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog of enhancements, implementations, and production support tasks for the integration team.
  • Be the technical subject matter expert for the integration team, working with the business to understand opportunities and needs for automation.
  • Identify integration requirements between enterprise application, customer, and logistic partner systems.
  • Develop integrations for both EDI and API processes within an integration platform as a service (iPaaS).
  • Manage incidents related to all integrations, including investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting, and analysis.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand system and business processes, and collaborate to implement a solution.
  • Develop integration test cases and manage the testing process for the integration teams.
  • Interact with technical team members to ensure technical requirements are addressed.
  • Become an expert in the integration team's use of the Informatica iPaaS platform and continuously learn about features released and make suggestions to improve the landscape.
  • Lead integration calls and set expectations required for all parties involved in the integration process.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Enterprise Application Integration tools (Informatica, Mulesoft, Boomi, Jitterbit).
  • An understanding of EDI practice for B2B communication.
  • The ability to create detailed requirement and design documents using Microsoft Visio and Word.
  • Experience in project coordination, implementations, or related roles.
  • Passion for technology and implementing technology for process improvement.
  • Quality-oriented, takes pride in their work.
  • An ability to quickly grasp new subject matter.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility, energetic, and able to work well with others in a team environment.

What We Offer:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field.
  • Knowledge in developing EDI or API integrations.
  • 3 to 5 years of software experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of quality assurance or testing experience a plus.
  • Experience or understanding of as many of these related areas as possible: XML messaging structure, Web services, SOAP and REST API's, SAP integration services, AWS, and Data Warehousing.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
  • Experience using IBM Gentran and/or Informatica is an asset.
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).

This position requires a valid Canadian Security Clearance.

Shift Timing: 8AM to 5PM EST
