Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex consulting engagements and create value for Kyndryl's largest accounts and groundbreaking opportunities.
- Forge senior-level relationships and drive value-based outcomes with clients.
- Lead small teams of practitioners across multiple projects and nurture leadership skills.
- Drive business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with regional or global consulting firm.
- Recognized externally and internally as a Consult leader on multiple specialization areas.
- Ability to create, position, and deliver modern IT strategies, operational models, complex digital transformations, and business/financial value realization engagements and roadmaps.
- Experience in increasing Kyndryl's intellectual property assets by expanding existing Consult offerings, developing new offers, and improving consulting methods, tools, and techniques.
- Able to operate in a newly forming business unit and contribute in an entrepreneurial fashion to help lead and deliver client outcomes.
