Senior Systems Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement build pipelines in Bamboo and Gitlab
- Troubleshoot build and deployment failures
- Release Management
- Collaborate with DevOps team to ensure smooth operations
- Effective communication with clients on issues and opportunities for improvement
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to resolve technical issues and fix problems
- Work within ServiceNow to create requests and changes
- Assist developers as requested through Jira tickets
- Analyze application logs for errors and performance bottlenecks
- Document processes and procedures
- Champion improvements and drive efficiencies through teamwork
- Patch creation and deployment
- Work with minimal direction
- Identify priorities and communicate barriers effectively
- Influence change
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
