Job Title: QA Tester Lead

This is a remote position that requires a skilled QA Tester Lead to join our team at Helix Workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the testing phase of multiple projects, managing QA resources, schedules, and adhering to quality gates and SDLC guidelines throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test strategies and approaches to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Manage and execute testing phases, including system integration, QA unit, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Lead testing teams to deliver projects that span across business units, ensuring timely and quality results.
  • Collaborate with project managers, client stakeholders, and 3rd-party vendors to manage and complete project deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain QA processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provide weekly status updates to project management and facilitate team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience leading QA teams and delivering large projects with complex initiatives.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience conducting systems integration testing (SIT).
  • Knowledge in data warehouse testing and experience with automated testing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of multiple software testing methodologies and processes.
  • Proficient with QA tools, such as JIRA, TestRail, and QTest.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
