About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator - Data Insights to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for executing internal data management projects, defining data quality, ETL, cleansing, enrichment, and harmonization in blueprints based on our data governance framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working with SAP and legacy data systems. You will work closely with IT teams to determine data requirements and best practices for advanced data management, ensuring seamless data flow across functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate project plans, stage plans, and ensure timely delivery of data resources;
  • Develop and sustain effective communications with stakeholders involved in the project;
  • Collaborate with business teams to define data management plans within business projects requiring data migration, conversion, and standardization;
  • Manage project risks, including developing contingency plans;
  • Report project progress through regular highlight reports and end-stage assessments.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Solid business process knowledge and experience working with SAP and legacy data systems;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively;
  • Technical expertise in data models, database design, development, data mining, and segmentation techniques;
  • Experience with reporting packages (Business Objects), databases (SQL), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks).
