**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Launch Project Manager to join our team. As a Launch Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing launch projects in a manufacturing facility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Plan and coordinate launch projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

- Collaborate with Quality, Production, Materials, Planning, Maintenance, and Design teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

- Conduct root cause problem-solving analysis for new launch projects.

- Validate the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOMs) for launch products.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, and Consumables.

- Review process specifications with design staff to ensure compatibility with design objectives.

- Participate in environmental, health, and safety objectives, targets, and programs.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, etc.).

- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility, with 3 years of experience coordinating launch projects.

- Advanced English language skills (reading, writing, and presentation).

- Proficiency in Office, drawing software, SAP, MS Project, and Minitab.

- Knowledge of cost engineering, PFMEA, BOM, Engineering Changes, and documentation control.

- Ability to understand mechanical drawings for parts and assemblies.
