Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing Process Development: Develop and implement manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Inventory Management: Use ERP systems and Excel analysis to manage inventory, plan production, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, including assignment of personnel and machine capacity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics, including OEE, and implement continuous improvements to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience managing manufacturing operations in the automotive suppliers industry.
  • Skills: Proven leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and experience with ERP systems and Excel.
  • Certifications: IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certifications.
