**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team and support our Accounts Payable functions. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries from carriers and resolving exceptions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to provide timely resolution on inquiries and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Tracking and monitoring outstanding assigned issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Executing administrative tasks, including document retrieval and navigation of multiple programs to validate payment details and documents.
  • Escalating higher-level issues to the correct specialists and representing the Arrive brand through transparent and professional communication.
  • Reviewing carrier accounts within TriumphPay to ensure they are registered and uploading documents and entering information into customer-specific portals.
  • Assisting with the daily load audit and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of Triumph Pay Audit queues.
  • Following provided SOPs to ensure customer-specific paperwork requirements are met.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • English fluency (B2 High - C1)
  • Previous accounts payable experience preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a service-oriented role preferred
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in tense situations
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team
  • Able to problem-solve independently or collaboratively, depending on the situation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and GMail
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
