Citi is seeking a highly skilled Community Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Community Development team, you will play a critical role in promoting financial education and literacy among diverse segments of the population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content and training strategies to promote financial education and literacy.
- Design and implement educational strategies to promote financial and economic culture among different segments of the population.
- Identify needs, design, and implement innovative educational programs to update and consolidate the educational offer.
- Develop and implement training methodologies to ensure the development of financial and economic skills among children, young people, adults, entrepreneurs, and organizations.
- Design and validate content for materials, training, and knowledge channels to contribute to personal, family, and community welfare.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in community development, financial education, or a related field.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
