Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Over 5 years of software development experience with a focus on Java for backend services.
- Respected technical leader with a proven track record of making a significant impact beyond their immediate team.
- Expertise in various persistence strategies including relational and non-relational databases.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Mastery of multiple modern Java development technologies including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
- Passion for establishing standard methodologies and elevating systems design to ensure maintainability and scalability.
