Job Title: Clm Specialist

At Hsbc Mexico, we are seeking a highly skilled Clm Specialist to join our team. As a Clm Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and resolving claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims.
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claim resolution.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance claim resolution efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of Outlook and intermediate level in Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.).
  • Comprehension of English texts.
  • Numerical data management.
  • Analysis capacity.
  • Evidenced capabilities based on previous work experience preferred but potentially examples of education.
