We are currently seeking a highly skilled **Customer Success Specialist** to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strong focus on customer loyalty and retention.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and goals.
- Expertise in fostering long-term, continuous relationships with clients.
- Advanced level of English (C1) as all communication is conducted in English with global users.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in risk detection and management.
- Solid knowledge of CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Conga, DocuSign.
- Experience working with SaaS (Software as a Service) companies.
