Job Summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our packaging production line, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement in packaging production.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve production issues.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production problems to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  • Participate in process and equipment improvement projects to enhance overall production quality.
  • Develop and maintain graphs and trends to track production performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electronics, electricity, electromechanics, or mechatronics).
  • Experience: 1 year in manufacturing, engineering, or maintenance roles.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, analysis and problem-solving, assertiveness, teamwork, working under pressure, effective communication, proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge: Pneumatics, mechanics, electricity, electronics, MS Office, PLC & Control, Lean, Advanced Excel, Outlook, TPM.
