We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our Digital Energy team as an Offer Marketing Manager.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies for our energy solutions, focusing on energy efficiency, power quality, and building automation.

This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product offerings and marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer Development: Lead the development of innovative product offerings that meet customer needs and align with market trends.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and market penetration.
  • Liaison with Line of Business (LoB): Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product offerings and marketing initiatives.
  • Pricing Management: Oversee pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning while maintaining profitability.
  • New Product Launches: Manage the launch process for new products, including market analysis, positioning, and promotional activities.
  • Financial Review: Analyze financial performance, including delta pricing and margins, to inform strategic decisions and optimize product offerings.

This job might be for you if:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or related field preferred).
  • You have strong knowledge of energy efficiency, power quality, protection automation, and building automation.
  • You have proven experience in marketing management or product management within the energy sector.
  • You have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • You have strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • You have an analytical mindset with a focus on financial metrics and performance analysis.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
