About the Role: We seek an experienced Operations Director F&B Mexico to lead our food production and customer service teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving all order-to-payment functions to meet our service level commitments.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive all order-to-payment functions (customer service, planning, production, logistics, maintenance, and engineering) to accomplish our goal of delivering a world-class service level to our customers.
  • Lead by example and champion safety across the site, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • E nsure compliance with corporate and local safety and food safety guidelines, as well as federal regulations.
  • Build high-performing teams through hiring and development of direct reports, using performance management techniques to drive results.
  • Establish goals and metrics that drive improvement and align with company initiatives and standards.
  • Manage daily staffing and balance production capability with customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction and manage costs effectively.
  • Define CAPEX priorities for the sites and execute them with high-quality delivery (on scope, on time, on budget).
  • Champion the Operational Excellence Program, fostering commitment from all levels of the organization and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Review the site Masterplan with the VP Supply Chain LATAM to anticipate future growth demands and ensure clarity and resource allocation in the region.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • MBA or post-graduation degree desirable
  • Large industry experience, leading medium to big teams in different sites
  • Fluent English
