Job Summary
We are seeking a Market Cash Leader to join our BSNA field finance organization. This role will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to drive business results, analyze financial data, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct AR calls to follow up on open items and drive activities to close them.
- Assign ownership to close disputes and prepare reports on dispute status, including time to resolve and root causes.
- Participate in area teams to ensure alignment on booking and billing requirements for customers.
- Research and identify key drivers of negative cash flow jobs in every branch team.
- Partner with accounting professionals to manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and general ledger processes.
- Monitor legal collections and provide status updates to area and regional leadership.
- Align on monthly A/R write-offs with area leaders.
- Assist in conducting Trade Working Capital financial performance reviews, including DSO, under-billed metrics, aged AR, and collection performance.
- Complete quarterly audits on accounts payable to ensure compliance with standard terms and vendor management.
- Drive cash collection goals to achieve Trade Working Capital targets, including path to cash, risks, and opportunities.
- Identify barriers to cash collections and propose solutions, including training recommendations.
- Review monthly financial results and business metrics for the region, identifying issues and proposing corrective actions.
- Assist in monthly regional performance reviews, including reviewing backlog, balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- + 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, and inventory.
- Business understanding of accounts receivable, collections, and associated metrics, cash flow metrics, Trade Working Capital, and POC Revenue vs Billings.
- Ability to support, monitor, and report financial results in a multi-location field operation.
- Able to prepare basic Trade Working Capital financial statements.
- Working understanding of legal collections.
- Understand inventory, cycle counting, and interpret inventory trends.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
- Use of Excel (v-lookup and pivot tables).
- Strong English skills and level.
- Shared services or customer contact center background and experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Must be organized, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
