Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our accounting operations team, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting and accounting support to various divisions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with functional areas in various divisions to support appropriate accounting and financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly journal entries and account analyses.
  • Support the month-end financial closing and reporting process.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including divisional business colleagues, accounting authorities, and financial reporting teams.
  • Role model a work style that displays innovation, quality, collaboration, performance, courage, and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • CPA with Big 4 public accounting experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years related experience, public company preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting theory.
  • Experience in the healthcare or life science industries preferred.
