Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Sort and inspect packages to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Collect and process delivery documentation, including airway bills and delivery records.
- Ensure the security of FedEx Express and customer property, including cash, packages, equipment, and hazardous materials.
- Strive for improved productivity through constructive suggestions for better methods and procedures.
- Minimum 18 months of verifiable experience in delivery and/or operating a 3 1/2 ton or larger unit.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license for a commercial vehicle, type of license: appropriate for the assigned vehicle according to specific country regulations.
- Customer service orientation with good organizational skills.
- Availability to work variable shifts.
- Positive driving record and knowledge of the city.
- Ability to lift 32 kg and maneuver packages weighing up to 68 kg with the appropriate equipment.
