**Job Summary**

ELEVATE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a variety of administrative duties and projects. This role will focus on working with our contractors on travel arrangements and expense transactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for contractors, including market research and securing best rates
  • Track and manage contractor expenses
  • Handle the registration process for contractors in our expense reimbursement program
  • Manage updates and changes to travel plans
  • Collaborate with the coordination team to adjust travel arrangements
