ELEVATE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a variety of administrative duties and projects. This role will focus on working with our contractors on travel arrangements and expense transactions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate travel arrangements for contractors, including market research and securing best rates
- Track and manage contractor expenses
- Handle the registration process for contractors in our expense reimbursement program
