Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote our diving, courses, snorkeling, and tour services to guests, highlighting the benefits and unique experiences we offer.
- Organize the flow of guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as handling payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist the manager with daily tasks, providing support and contributing to the overall success of the dive center.
- Contribute to the organization and maintenance of the dive center, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong sales motivation and ability to promote our services in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Well-organized and able to multitask, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- English is a must; any additional language is a plus.
