Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Project Manager to lead our financial operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple project team members and ensuring timely delivery of payroll-related projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing project timelines, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and go-live
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identifying and escalating critical risks and issues
  • Providing regular project updates to the Program Manager and stakeholders
  • Validating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and schedules
  • Managing project communication and ensuring timely escalation of issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent understanding of payroll principles and systems, including ADP GV
  • Knowledge of time tracking systems, such as Workday
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience in automations and process improvements
  • English proficiency and advanced Excel skills
  • Power BI experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of project management experience and 2+ years of experience in payroll operations

Compensation

$35,000 Pesos per month
