**Job Summary**

Nemak is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to lead the launch of new production lines, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires expertise in metallurgical processes, heat treatment furnaces, mechanical properties, and core blowing systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and successful launches of new production lines, meeting performance expectations (SQDCME) and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Top Focus Programs (Quality impact) and drive internal and external quality initiatives.
  • Manage tooling availability and ensure compliance with the Quality System.
  • Implement continuous improvement in processes, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Expertise in Metallurgical processes, Heat treatment furnaces, Mechanical properties, Core blowing systems, and Sands.
  • Experience in the automotive industry (IATF) and high-level problem-solving methodologies.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, reflects the level of expertise required for this role.
