Job Description

We're seeking a talented Business Intelligence Junior to join our Analytics capability and Data & Insights department. As a key member of our Business Intelligence team, you'll work closely with our Busines Intelligence Senior Manager to deliver high-quality data solutions that drive business growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing data profiling to identify anomalies and optimize data quality
  • Supporting the design of data models for reporting requirements and creating logical database views to facilitate dashboard implementation
  • Developing dashboards and reports using Data Studio, Datorama, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and other business intelligence platforms
  • Conducting testing and validation to ensure outputs match their underlying data sources and meet their design requirements
  • Maintaining smaller client accounts and providing ad-hoc reports for various teams
  • Offering hands-on support to end-users to ensure they can successfully use the reporting solution

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence position
  • Strong SQL skills, with experience writing SQL queries for data management, ingestion, and transformation
  • Practical experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team and Jellyfish as a whole
