Commercial Sales Director

This is an exciting opportunity to join Colgate-Palmolive as a Key Account Manager in Nuevo León, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, driving sales growth, and improving customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial sales, preferably in the FMCG industry. They will be able to formulate and implement effective sales strategies, manage large volumes of data, and provide excellent customer service.
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in field sales. Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel/Sheets is essential.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage distributor relationships to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
