Key Responsibilities:
- Possess approximately 8-10 years of expertise in deploying solutions utilizing Microsoft Technologies, particularly focusing on the MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CE) Module. Experience in implementing and configuring the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module to meet business needs is essential.
- Customize and enhance the capabilities of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module through configuration and customization tools.
- Manage the deployment of solutions, oversee pipelines, and handle solutions using version control systems like GitHub.
- Demonstrate experience in managing production tickets and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, customization, and integration processes.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Continuously assess system performance and suggest optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Have familiarity with Azure Web Apps, Web Jobs, Function Apps, DevOps, and deployment troubleshooting.
- Possess knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate, with readiness to develop applications using the Power Platform.
- Exhibit strong hands-on experience in developing Plugins and Custom Workflow activities with a solution-oriented approach.
- Demonstrate proficiency in client scripting, utilizing MSD Supported Client APIs, and consuming Web APIs and REST services.
- Have practical experience in Azure deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of custom implementations deployed in Azure.
Qualifications:
- Approximately 8-10 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Technologies, with a focus on the MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CE) Module.
