Key Responsibilities- Assist in the identification and evaluation of IT risks to ensure the organization's assets are protected.
- Help create communication materials to promote a culture of risk awareness within the organization, fostering a proactive approach to risk management.
- Prepare regular reports on IT risk management activities, including risk assessments, incidents, and compliance status, and perform executive presentations to key stakeholders.
- Support Hewlett Packard business on all key IT events and issues, actively seeking feedback from them to refine and improve the solutions.
- Function as an intermediary between IT and the business, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout IT implementation initiatives.
- Engage in executive-level escalations and ensure timely executive communications to key business and IT stakeholders.
- Use standard processes and protocols to complete necessary documentation, issue appropriate alerts, and support the attainment of department functions/objectives.
- Represent the needs of the business, function, or geography on an ongoing basis to maintain consistent plans between IT and the business.
- Solve difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
- Lead moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and support the realization of operational and strategic plans.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in IT projects, process improvement, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
- Preferred Certifications: ITILv3, ITIL 4
