Global Process Improvement Opportunities

As a Process Improvement Consultant at TTEC, you will have the chance to ignite your career and contribute to providing world-class customer solutions to clients. With a focus on global process improvement initiatives, you will work directly on client-facing activities and offer recommendations for internal standardization and process improvement needs across our global company footprint.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining reports that enable continuous performance improvement and operational excellence, monitoring and maintaining improvements via robust Control Planning and Compliance Measures, communicating ongoing project performance with management, and participating in the planning and development of client-facing presentations. Additionally, you will recommend process standards to ensure consistent methodology and provide Lean Six Sigma educational support to the organization.

To succeed in this role, you will need a college degree or equivalent experience, certification as Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt, experience in process improvement methodology, experience managing cross-functional teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, and Minitab or other statistical software.

The salary for this position is estimated to be $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
