**Salary:** Estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $95,000 - $115,000 based on industry standards and location.

**Job Description**

As a Lead Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for leading project teams to deliver cost, quality, and time objectives established by the CI Manager or business unit executives. Your primary focus will be on implementing process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, KT, or other relevant methodologies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or KT.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
