**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lean Coach to join our team at Jabil in Zapopan, Jalisco. As a Senior Lean Coach, you will provide Lean expertise and guidance through focused and sustainable value stream transformation to enable cross-functional collaboration and best practices sharing and implementation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide coaching and development opportunities over multiple workcells to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Build strong communication between Plant LSS Manager and Lean Coach to strengthen overall capabilities of a value stream.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and implement Lean strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
**Requirements**
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.
- Strong track record of continual improvement of personal skills and knowledge.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
- In-depth understanding and practice of Lean principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Certification in Lean or related field (e.g. Green Belt).
- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Expertise in Lean tools and processes to coordinate and share knowledge on a regional and global scale.
- Advanced English language skills.
