About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development Executive to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting partnerships with our customers to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including buyers and store managers, to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet Colgate's and customer requirements.
  • Sales Planning and Management: Develop and drive customer plans to increase sales volume, distribution, and market share, while improving account profitability.
  • Business Insights and Analysis: Analyze sales reports to identify problems and new opportunities for Colgate and customers, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Work with logistics teams to plan, analyze, and forecast customer needs, ensure timely and complete delivery, and prioritize customer requirements when product is unavailable.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 6-12 months of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in building customer relationships and driving business growth.
