We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Business Services Operations Supervisor to join our team at General Motors de México. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of People Services professionals, handling day-to-day activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Supervise a team of People Services professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of their duties.
  2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Project Management: Organize and lead project teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational performance.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, and vendors.
  5. Operational Efficiency: Monitor and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Complaint Management: Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues, escalating complex matters to senior management as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in team management, process improvement, and project management.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Language: Advanced/Fluent English, with Spanish desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. PBI: Proficiency in PeopleSoft HR and other HR management systems.
  2. Excel: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  3. Macro: Experience with macro programming and automation.
