Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in San Luis Potosi, MX. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, creating pipeline demand, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and working with leadership teams to develop and implement regional Demand Generation strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients through effective communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Create consistent pipeline demand through qualified leads generated by marketing team, professional networks, and own prospecting activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and identify upselling opportunities
  • Work with leadership teams to develop and implement regional Demand Generation strategies
  • Assist with drafting sales tools, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
  • Efficient in time management with multiple priorities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business leads and expand the company's customer base (targeted outreach by location and industry sector/profile basis)
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Create proposal requests for potential clients
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in the Brazilian market
Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, customer engagement, or similar roles, preferably in the software/technology industry
  • Proficient Portuguese and English skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders
  • Efficient in time management with multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business growth
  • Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment
