We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Content Lifecycle Manager to join our team at ARCONDIS AG / GmbH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences, with experience in managing medical content lifecycles.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage incident and service request resolution, providing hands-on user support and conducting knowledge transfer sessions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and proactively resolve issues.
- Perform problem management, operational change & configuration management, and system administration tasks.
- Specify and implement configuration changes to meet business requirements.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering with 3+ years of experience in life sciences, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in Medical Affairs or Commercial areas.
- Familiarity with medical content distribution tools like CLM and rep-triggered email.
- Strong understanding of content types, channels, workflows, and lifecycles unique to Medical Affairs.
