The Logistics Specialist will oversee the inbound logistics process for Logitech Inc., managing the transportation of goods to three LATAM distribution centers (Mexico, Brazil, and Uruguay) and Mexico-origin logistics. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, external partners, and 3PL control towers to drive performance and improvement in regional transportation processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage multi-modal transportation, transit, planning, and design activities for all transportation processes to Logitech LATAM DCs and international shipments.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain departments and suppliers to create a world-class transportation organization.
  • Oversee inbound transportation activities, network analysis, performance, and accountability for inbound and international outbound shipments within the LATAM region.
  • Monitor and analyze international inbound and outbound transportation policies, programs, and projects.
  • Ensure accurate and complete data in the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) system.
  • Manage In Transit Reports (ITR) with forwarders and Supply Chain Logistics in Brazil and the Global Control Tower team.
  • Coordinate container planning between container yards and Logitech LATAM DCs.
  • Act as a liaison for escalated inbound and international transportation issues.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new operational procedures and improve productivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Logitech's inbound and international transportation network.
  • Monitor supply chain metrics related to the LATAM region.

**Requirements**

  • Strong background in logistics, global air, ocean, and small parcel transportation.
  • Excellent language skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive change.
