**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Planning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our staffing optimization process delivers to the needs of our stores while continuously seeking and coordinating business opportunities through optimized staff planning.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with the Business Navigation manager, Human Resource manager, and SPO Manager to develop a store staffing approach that secures best use of available resources.

• Contribute to the development of a store staffing action plan that meets the defined business and productivity goals.

• Work towards creating a diverse, appropriate staff structure that meets the needs of our customers and business.

• Ensure that our staffing optimization process is aligned with our regional staffing approach.

**Requirements**

• Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
