Job Summary:

The Field Sales Lead Officer is a key role within the Consumer Sales and Wealth Management team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets for financial products and services. This position requires a strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short and long-term product-level strategies to ensure delivery of the financial plan.
  • Responsible for field execution of credit initiatives and achievement of credit goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement a strategy/contact model for Field Sales Representatives.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to understand field performance and implement action plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence on best practices, client feedback, and market competition in assigned geography and vertical.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a field intelligence system for prompt reporting of competitive activity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and Retail Partners, respond to escalated credit issues, and develop new and enhanced programs to increase new accounts.
  • Manage cost center budgets and expenses.
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Required licenses: AMIB Figura 3.
  • Sales/Credit experience required.
  • Field Sales and/or client development experience required.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
