About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Planner to join our team at BIC. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and follow up on backorder files to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Confirm and follow up on export availability to meet customer demands
  • Update and maintain export portfolios to reflect changes in demand and supply
  • Plan and coordinate production plans for copackers to meet local and export demand
  • Monitor and follow up on product launches to ensure successful market entry
  • Update and maintain JDA parameters to optimize supply chain performance
  • Generate and follow up on files for ICOs, delayed orders, and closing copacker orders
  • Monitor and create plans for items in SLOB to minimize stockouts and overstocking
  • Generate a file for FCST vs Invoice follow-up to ensure accurate forecasting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in planning, preferably in finished goods, bulk, and/or packaging material
  • Supply Chain Certification or exposure desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
