Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, days inventory outstanding, and supply chain costs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in materials supply planning or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with supply chain software and systems a plus.
