Job Summary:

Procurement Management:

Cost Control:
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce procurement expenses.
- Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to ensure competitive pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with the production and inventory management teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and reduce lead times.
- Monitor and analyze inventory metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing a team of buyers across multiple locations.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
