A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Planning of Facilities Annual Budget
- Manage Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Spend Review and control
- Annual and multiyear Bidding Process of main Outsourced services Janitorial, Pest Control, Laundry, to mention a few).
- Purchasing order submission and follow-up.
- Vendor creation and Score Card management.
- Office space Management.
- Finance Audit representative.
- KPI follow up.
- Janitorial and Office Supplies and vendor Management, Conducts one-on-one training as needed.
- Performs walk-through building inspections as required.
- Contract agreement, constant interaction with Finance and Purchasing team members located at different Countries.
- Indirect Purchasing budget management review and control.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelors degree required Industrial Engineering, Bussines Administation School
- Purchasing experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in facilities operations
- Advance English
