Kinder Instructional Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kinder Instructional Coach to join our dynamic team at Colegio Peterson. As a Kinder Instructional Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and coordinators in our three Kinder campuses to enhance the learning process of our students.

As a Kinder Instructional Coach, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting teachers and coordinators in our three Kinder campuses to enhance the learning process of our students.
• Working closely with the preschool team to adopt instructional practices that maximize student learning, especially with regards to developing early literacy skills.
• Providing educational coaching to teachers and coordinators to improve their instructional practices.
• Collaborating with the preschool team to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our students.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and coordinators.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of education.
• A strong background in preschool pedagogy.
• Leadership experience in an educational setting.
• Proven track record of providing educational coaching.
• Bilingual proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Willingness to express opinions in a constructive manner.
• Experience with Montessori curriculum would be beneficial.
