At PepsiCo, we're looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital team, you'll be responsible for driving our ecommerce business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement trade programs, customer engagement strategies, and customer satisfaction agendas within our digital services for B2B across sectors.
  2. Leverage our PepConnect platform to ensure direct connection with customers, providing visibility, follow-up, and valuable insights into PepsiCo's store execution and customer communication.
  3. Drive reward program execution consistency throughout the E2E process, from Pepsi Connect upload to customer rewards and problem-solving.
  4. Manage customer satisfaction agendas, ensuring timely and accurate visibility to customers, managing doubts and complaints.
  5. Identify trade opportunities to maximize POS impact and space, connected to market, brand, and B2B digital strategies.
  6. Maximize Trade Marketing and reward recognition budget results and POS impact.
  7. Track trade and customer rewards materials E2E process from purchase order to placement to supplier payment.
  8. Guarantee PepsiConnect app updates connected to trade and rewards strategies.
  9. Manage rewards program KPIs tracking and redemption.
  10. Measure and connect perfect store execution with B2B digital agendas.
  11. Manage and communicate rewards program rules changes.
  12. Create and connect FL communication media with digital B2B agendas (playbook, toolkit, carta de ventas).

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in ecommerce, sales development, trade marketing, or sales strategy.
  3. Proven work experience related to sales development or trade marketing.
  4. Customer-focused, adaptable, strong follow-up, and organizational skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. Strategic thinking and results-oriented.
  7. Talent development, people-oriented.
  8. Assertive communication to all stakeholders (internal and external).
  9. Fluent English oral and written communication skills.
  10. Nice to have basic experience with Power Bi.
  11. Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process.
  12. Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  13. Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  14. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  15. Experience and knowledge with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
